WHAT WE DO

Every fitness class is different, we aim to keep it exciting, motivating & give the clients a wide variety of exercises & use of equipment you may not get to try normally! Boxing for fitness, kettle bells, prowlers, sandbags, tyres, ropes, rings & all the normal day to day 'gym stuff'... we've got you covered.

  • Our Bootcamps are energetic, friendly, awesome & motivating community making exercise fun where you want to come back.

  • Personal training gives you your time to shine & do more than you thought possible with your body both physically & mentally. We like to see you challenge yourself, see & feel the change to the point it becomes a normal, happy habit in day to day living.

  • Mums n Bubs classes offer new mums a safe way back/into exercise in the post natal period under the guidance & education of a qualified Midwife & trainer! The golden hour of 'you time; putting your health as a priority & allowing baby to be with you means less hassle & stress of finding time to do this.
