The importance of exercise during pregnancy

I had the privilege & pleasure of interviewing Sarah, one of my long term clients, during her second pregnancy at 33 weeks gestation.
As we discuss, Sarah has trained with me during both her pregnancies & has found the training to be hugely beneficial both physically & mentally for herself, for her baby & for her pregnancy.
We had an amazing half hour chat, which I've cut down to 7 minutes for you, in which we talk about her training at Jurassic PT, the pelvic floor, her mental heath & overall challenges with being a second time mum. There is so much more to say on this subject, but just to dip ours toes in we start light with this video.

Sarah welcomed her baby girl May, safely on the first of June & has been training back at the studio with May accompanying her for the sessions each time & having a blast alongside of mum! we plan to update her progress with a post natal video soon!
