Training from home is a time saver & highly desired option for those time poor, not wanting to go to a gym, busy mums etc. We provide easy to follow, effective workouts to do at home with or without equipment. You have a body, you have the ability to do a workout! Most workouts are designed to be completed between 15- 45 minutes, leaving you plenty of time to get on with everyday life whilst still maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle. The '30 days' provides you with 25 workouts, giving you choice of your rest days & a variety of workouts to keep you motivated, energised & getting results. By the end of the 30 days hopefully exercise has become a part of your life & you continue on with the habit be it x2, 3 or 4 a week, what ever suits you! Once your 30 days is up, you can continue on with a new cycle or, re do & challenge your fitness by repeating the workouts again! The 30 day workout program is a low cost of just $49 for the launch.
